Ian A. Little graduated with a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1984 and was called to the bar in 1986. He practiced insurance defence litigation in downtown Toronto until 1994, when he began representing plaintiff personal injury clients.
Ian has appeared at all levels of the Ontario court system including the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal. He has also participated in proceedings at the Supreme Court of Canada. Ian has represented clients at various government tribunals including the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Canada Pension Plan Disability Review Tribunal, the Pension Appeal Board and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
Dianna Morello received her Bachelor of Arts degree in French from York University (Glendon College) in 1991. In 1994 she graduated with a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the bar in 1996. Dianna has practiced plaintiff personal injury litigation for the duration of her career, including her year of articling.
Dianna is fluent in Italian, Spanish, French and English. She has appeared on behalf of her clients before the Superior Court of Ontario and at the Canada Pension Plan Disability Review Tribunal, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, the Ontario Court of Justice and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
J. John Vettese received an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from York University in economics and political science in 1995. He obtained his law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1998 and was called to the Ontario bar in February 2000. He has practiced commercial and tax litigation during his career and has had an active practice in plaintiff personal injury and insurance litigation since his call to the bar.
John has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and Tax Court of Canada. He has also appeared at various government tribunals such as the Landlord Tenant Board, the Canada Pension Plan Disability Review Tribunal, the Employment Insurance Commission and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. John is fluent in Italian and English.
Piera A. Segreto received an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from York University with a double major in law & society and psychology. In 2004 she graduated with a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the bar in 2005. Prior to becoming a lawyer she was employed in a law firm as a law clerk for several years and has engaged in insurance litigation since her call to the bar.
Piera also continues an active practice of commercial and general litigation. She has appeared at the Superior Court of Justice and various government tribunals including the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Employment Insurance Commission, the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. Piera is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and is fluent in Italian and English.
Dale Rosenberg received an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from York University with a major in political science. He subsequently obtained his law degree from the University of Windsor and was called to the Ontario bar in 2011. Dale joined LMVS that year and practices plaintiff personal injury.
Dale has appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. He has further participated in proceedings before the Ontario Divisional Court.
